Notification No. 39/2018 – Customs GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 39/2018 – Customs New Delhi, the 2nd April 2018 G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 25/2005-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2005, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 123(E), dated the 1st March, 2005, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, (i) against serial number 13, for the entry in column (3), after the words “Digital still image video cameras”, the words “. Other than camera or camera module of cellular mobile phones” shall be inserted. (ii) against serial number 16, for the entry in column (3), in item (i), after the words “Digital still image video cameras”. The words “other than camera or camera module of cellular mobile phones” shall be inserted. (iii) against serial number 22, for the entry in column (3), after the words “printed circuits”. The words “other than connectors of cellular mobile phones” shall be inserted.
