Although it will be applicable after 4 weeks so that TATA’s can file an appeal against this order.
Tribunal also held the appointment of N. Chandra Illegal. Cyrus was removed from TATA group and N. Chandra was appointed at his place. Then there was a fight between him and Ratan Tata group. We will post the copy of order soon.
