LLP Settlement Scheme  – The Ganga Snan 2020 LLP Settlement Scheme 2020 is required to be taken sincerely by those defaulting LLP’s who have not filled their time based and/or event-based statutory documents or initial LLP Agreement with Registrar considering the fact that similar scheme for Companies i.e. CLSS 2010 was brought in by Ministry in the year 2010 and the Companies those who have not availed the benefit of that scheme by filling its overdue returns has been prosecuted thereafter along with its Directors and further to this in the year 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 many such Companies name has been removed by Registrar u/s 248(1) of the Act and its directors have been marked disqualified u/s 164(2)(a)of the Act.
