A Notification was issued on the 21st August 2018 regarding the amendment in the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2018. This notifies the amendment and will be called as Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2018. In this notification, there is the Extension for filing the Form DIR-3 KYC.
There is one Change in the Notification which will be applied as the Notification is issued (21 August 2018).
The late fees will be applied from the 16th of September 2018 and not from the 1st of September 2018. The person who has not filed the form DIR 3 KYC can file the form till 15th September without any late fees.
